Return Policy

You may request a refund within 60 days from the purchase date.

1. Confirm that the request is still within the 60-day period.
2. Email support@institutoexperience.com.br with Refund Request in the subject line.
3. Return all bottles, including opened or empty bottles, together with the packing slip. Add a note with your full name, email and order ID when available.
4. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

After the return is received, the refund is processed and a confirmation is sent. Depending on the bank or card issuer, it may take approximately 5–10 days to appear on the statement.
